As an SDR at Penfold, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our intermediary partner network, with a particular focus on accountants and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) who support UK start-ups and scale-ups.

This is a high-activity, outbound role where confidence on the phone, sharp communication, and the ability to build trust with senior professionals really matter. You won’t be selling directly to end customers — instead, you’ll be opening doors, building relationships, and creating high-quality opportunities for our Sales team.

  • Qualifying interest and booking high-quality meetings for Sales, with strong handovers
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of partner-led opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to refine messaging
  • Confident on the phone, speaking with senior professionals
  • Experience in sales, SDR, or a commercial role
  • Exposure to fintech, pensions, or financial services
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, AirCall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

40–50k OTE (depending on experience) with uncapped commission.
