Love footwear and fashion? Join us as a Junior Buyer and work with Design and Merchandising to create timeless, sustainable ranges that balance creativity, commercial success and customer appeal. We’re looking for a Junior Buyer to join our Product Team and help shape future collections that reflect the heart of our brand. We believe great products empower people to live life in comfort and style. Our purpose is simple but powerful: to create exquisite, timeless and sustainable footwear and accessories that our customers truly fall in love with — pieces designed to go anywhere and do anything.
About the Product Team
Our Product Team sits at the centre of everything we do. By bringing together design, buying, production and merchandising, we create ranges that balance customer desire, commercial performance and availability. The result? Beautiful products that sell well, arrive on time, and support profitable growth.
The Role
As Junior Buyer, you’ll work closely with Design and Merchandising to help create a commercial seasonal range that’s true to our brand ethos and distinctive handwriting. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain exposure to the full buying cycle — from concept to customer.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Assisting with product selection and range development
- Supporting supplier relationships and day‑to‑day supplier communication
- Managing elements of the critical path to ensure products are delivered on time
- Assisting with pricing, margin management and cost negotiations
- Working collaboratively across teams to ensure ranges are both inspiring and commercially viable
This is a full-time position offered on a 12 month fixed term basis (maternity cover) to start in April.
About You
You’re passionate about product, knowledgeable about footwear trends, and excited by the idea of building ranges customers can’t resist. You’re organised, commercially aware, and comfortable taking responsibility for product throughout the buying cycle.
You must have:
- Previous experience working at Junior Buyer level - ideally at least 1 year, with 2‑3 years previously as a BAA, BA or ABA
- An interest in footwear and accessories, with a focus on premium/luxury lifestyle brands
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Methodical and adept entering data across systems, confident using Excel and PLMs
- A commercial mindset with great attention to detail
- Fluency in Spanish - this is essential in order to communicate with our small family‑run factories
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience within footwear and accessory buying
- Experience using Zedonk
- The confidence to work cross‑functionally and build relationships
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and eagerness to develop your buying career
Why Join Us?
- Be part of an established well-respected brand with a clear purpose and strong values
- Learn from experienced designers and merchandisers
- Play a real role in shaping beautiful, sustainable product ranges
- Grow your career in a collaborative, supportive environment
If you love footwear, thrive on detail, and want to help create collections that inspire customers to go anywhere and do anything, we’d love to hear from you.
