Are you passionate about fashion and shoe design, with a knack for organization and an eye for detail? We’re looking for a Design Admin Assistant to support our busy, creative Design team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As a Design Admin Assistant, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from managing samples and organizing raw materials to liaising with factories and ensuring our systems are up to date. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our PLM, supporting with spec packs and CADs, and keeping our department organized and efficient. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin and design-related, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track design samples and raw materials
- Maintain accurate data in our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
- Assist with creating and updating spec packs and CADs
- Support the design team with day-to-day admin tasks and creative projects
- Help keep the department organized and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar design or admin support role (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and confident liaising with internal and external teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PLM systems/Zedonk is a plus
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in fashion and design
