We're looking for a confident, engaging and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our boutique store in Stow-on-the-Wold. Penelope Chilvers is a luxury footwear brand. We design shoes and boots to fall in love with and stay in love with. Our mantra is to 'go anywhere, do anything' and our designs are timeless and made to last.
This will be a full or part-time (minimum 4 days per week) permanent contract.
To be considered for interview you must have senior sales or supervisory experience within a luxury retail fashion environment. You must be able to lead by example in taking all relevant opportunities to upsell and cross sell to meet the customer’s current and future needs and you must be a positive role model and Penelope Chilvers brand ambassador. You must be confident with using systems to check stock, adept at learning new still systems and experienced in producing trade reports as required.
In return we offer a generous benefits package including 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays and pro-rated for part-time hours), a fantastic product allowance as well as a generous staff discount and some key wellbeing benefits such as life assurance, a company funded healthcare plan, company sick pay and enhanced pension. Salary will depend on experience.
