We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all public areas and corridors are tidy and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linen as required
- Adhere to organisational standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues
Skills
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is advantageous
