Job Overview:
We’re seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Technicians (L1–L3) to carry out maintenance, inspections, cleaning, painting, repairs, and glazing at height—safely and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level maintenance using IRATA rope access safely and to standard.
- Inspect, clean, paint, repair, and replace glazing on building exteriors.
- Maintain and certify rope access equipment.
- Assess sites for safe, efficient work methods.
- Collaborate with team, report progress, and keep accurate work records.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Valid IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) is necessary.
- Minimum of [2-3 years] experience in rope access and building maintenance tasks
- Completion of health and safety training, including but not limited to first aid, working at heights, and hazard assessment.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks while working at heights.
