Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Used Car Sales Team to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain high customer service levels and achieve top CSI scores
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA regulations
- Oversee dealership presentation and stock management
- Collaborate with telesales/retention team to manage inquiries
- Drive profitability and uphold fair financial practices
