As a Service Advisor Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to master a diverse range of skills, whilst gaining a valuable Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.
This newly launched apprentice programme has been designed around the Institute of Motor Industry's Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship Framework Level 2 and 3.
What will I be doing as a Service Advisor Apprentice?
- Learning invaluable knowledge to support your progress into a Service Advisor role, whilst gaining useful insights into other aspects of the Aftersales areas, such as the Parts department
- Building customer service skills and developing advanced selling skills
- Gaining an introduction to financial planning and digital marketing
- Undertaking on-the-job training whilst earning an academic qualification
- Being assessed along your training journey, and supported by industry experts to help you achieve the next step
