We are looking for talented individuals to join us in the role of Accounts receivable Accounts Assistant.

Based in our Finance Shared Service Centre, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports our nationwide network of retailers.

As an Accounts receivable Accounts Assistant, you’ll play an integral part in the Finance chain and will have the opportunity to get involved on one of our processing teams. You’ll be working physically from Head Office for three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for two days per week.

You could have the opportunity to be involved with:

  • Collaborating closely with our dealerships, customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication to achieve shared objectives
  • Efficiently address and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders with a proactive approach, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Processing receivable entries from bank statements in a timely and accurate manner, utilising our cash management software Blackline.
  • Interpret and clarify policies and procedures related to banking procedures
  • Opportunity to undertake an AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualifications
