Due to our ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join us as Accounts Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our processing teams.
Based in our Finance Shared Service Centre, you\'ll be supporting our nationwide network of retailers. With over 140 team members, we focus on growth and development, offering many career progression opportunities.
As an Accounts Assistant, you\'ll be involved in the finance chain, assisting with daily operations such as processing invoices, allocating payments, handling purchase enquiries, reconciling accounts, and credit control. The role involves working three days a week at Head Office, with two days flexible for remote work.
As a leading automotive retailer, we aim to provide excellent customer experiences online and in dealerships. We\'re looking for someone who can contribute significantly to our growth and vision.
You could be involved in:
- Collaborating with dealerships, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
- Resolving queries from stakeholders proactively and efficiently
- Processing invoices accurately per company policies
- Conducting statement reconciliations to maintain financial record integrity
- Posting daily payments, processing BACS runs, and bank reconciliations
- Using Receipts tools to record all incoming receipts and payments
- Opportunities to pursue AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- A passion for a career in Accounts, no prior experience required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivation to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
