We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion across our Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice, and Rental solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Representing Pendragon Vehicle Management at industry events and on social media to build visibility and strengthen brand presence
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with new and existing clients to become a valued partner in their mobility solutions
- Driving consistent business growth by managing a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Using CRM systems effectively to track activity, manage data, and provide accurate forecasts to the business
- Identifying and engaging target prospects, converting them into long-term clients through consultative selling
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to manage and own the full sales cycle
- Achieving and exceeding revenue and unit growth targets through determination, focus, and winning mentality
