Business Development Executive – Vehicle Leasing (Hybrid- 2 days per week at the Head Office. The Head Office is currently based in Derby but will be moving to Annesley, Nottingham at the end of 2025).

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Representing Pendragon Vehicle Management at industry events and across social media platforms, ensuring our brand is visible and engaging.
- Building strong and trusted relationships with clients, acting as the face of our business and a reliable partner.
- Identifying, engaging, and converting key targets into prospective clients, while maintaining an active and consistent pipeline.
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
- Supporting Business Development Managers by nurturing leads, progressing opportunities, and helping to secure new business wins.
- Providing accurate forecasting and updates by managing CRM systems and reporting tools effectively.
- Driving revenue and unit growth targets by consistently delivering strong sales results.
- Refining sales skills and commercial knowledge on an ongoing basis to maximise effectiveness and impact.
