Overview
Maintenance Controller role at Pendragon Vehicle Management. This is a Hybrid role based at our Head Office. The Head Office is currently in Derby but will move to Annesley, Nottingham by the end of 2025.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring proactive management of all service maintenance and repair events
- Manage costs associated towards Service, Maintenance & Repairs
- Manage and monitor our supplier breakdown portal to ensure any unplanned SMR events are captured and managed through to conclusion
- Ability to track trend types and make the right commercial decisions based on knowledge
- Constant chasing up of vehicles using the 1link system and authorising work with set SLAβs
Qualifications
- Computer literate and able to communicate effectively between team members, customers and suppliers
- A minimum of 5 years workshop experience or up to level 2 NVQ/City & Guild Equivalent in Motor Vehicle Mechanics is desirable
- The ability to communicate with dealers/garages/suppliers with an understanding of the technical aspects of repairs to manage them efficiently

Basic salary Β£32,457 with pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
