In this Aftersales Manager role, you will lead the Sunderland workshop, Service Advisors and Parts department for the Omoda & Jaecoo site. You'll drive efficiency, profitability and high customer service standards to support the dealership and Lithia UK's growth. You'll manage budgets, pricing, and compliance while motivating a team to hit and exceed targets. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-focused environment with a strong emphasis on CSI and safety.
Pay / Benefits
- Ensure warranty and repair work complies with manufacturer and company standards
- Maximise efficiency and profitability of the Service department via labour, parts and materials
- Manage accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department
- Regularly review pricing policies and ensure adherence to legislation
- Lead the team with clear targets and KPIs to overachieve
- Maintain a safe working environment and processes in line with health and safety regulations
- Enhance customer service levels to achieve a high CSI score for the department
Key requirements
- Experience in a target-driven environment with team leadership to exceed targets
