Basic salary of £28,665, OTE of £41,807, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
As a Service Advisor at Evans Halshaw, you’ll take care of customers’ service bookings, offer advice, and keep customers fully informed throughout the time their car is with us.
Responsibilities
- Provide estimates for work, and book in service and repair work for customers’ vehicles.
- Advise on a recommended course of action to customers, and accurately invoice for any work carried out.
- Keep customers fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value products, whilst maximising opportunities to upsell.
- Demonstrate flawless organisation skills and confidence with using computer systems.
- Use experience in sales to maintain customer service levels whilst meeting KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Show dedication to providing an incredible service and a passion for making customers happy.
