Reward Analyst
Location: Lithia UK Head Office, Annesley Nottinghamshire β Remote (1 day in the office bi-monthly, ad hoc attendance to group HR meetings when required)
Salary and Benefits: Basic salary up to Β£45,000 with pension, critical illness, life assurance, Single PMI, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.
At Lithia UK, we prioritize our people. We are seeking a Reward Analyst to join our HR team to help develop a fair, competitive, and effective reward system. This role involves using data, insights, and systems to design reward solutions that comply with statutory requirements and recognize our employees\β contributions.
This position reports to the Reward Manager and involves collaboration with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure our reward approach is simple, transparent, and aligned with our store-first philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, documentation, and governance of Group and Head Office bonus schemes, ensuring fairness and alignment with business performance.
- Deliver accurate statutory and compliance reporting, including Gender Pay Gap reporting, to support transparency and legal compliance.
- Maintain and develop the Group\βs job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking for consistent role evaluation and reward.
- Administer and improve reward systems, including Workday Compensation, ensuring efficient processes.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of our colleague benefits to increase engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across reward activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in reward, HR analytics, or related roles with an understanding of how reward supports business goals.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of benchmarking, grading, and reward compliance processes.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills working with HR, Finance, and operational leaders.
- Experience with Workday Compensation is advantageous but not essential.
