Stratstone Sutton Coldfield Porsche Basic salary of £25,480 with £4,000 Bonus Opportunity, Pension, life assurance, 23 days holidays pro rata, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service. As online enquiries have spiked within our highly successful dealership, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Sales Advisor to join the team, this role is revolutionary position in site which is a great for a sales and customer focussed individual. You will be highly organised and self-motivated individual who will have previous experience in a target driven environment. You will be ensuring you have fully qualified the customer across a multitude of channels, predominantly through 3rd party enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handling inbound & outbound enquiries via telephone/email/digital methods, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised at all opportunities
  • Ensuring an incredible customer experience through qualifying the customer and fully understanding their needs
  • Negotiating with customers, overcoming objections and finding solutions to problems quickly and effectively
  • Presenting a number of new car options to suit the customer needs and requirements
  • Booking dealership appointments, arranging test drives, ordering customer vehicles or passing the lead on to the digital leader to finalise the deal and provide finance quotes
  • Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations
  • Proven ability to sell in a retail environment and hit targets
  • You will be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • You will be able to work independently and also part of an office-based team
  • Confident telephone manner with great attention to detail
  • IT proficient with the ability to work in different systems at once
