Experteer Overview As Aftersales Manager, you will lead the workshop, Service Advisors and parts department at Evans Halshaw Ford Walsall.
You will drive profitability through labour, parts and efficient service delivery while ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
You'll set targets, manage budgets, and maintain health and safety, all while elevating the customer experience to achieve a high CSI.
