Position Summary:
Implement all sales and aftersales marketing campaigns and support marketing activity for the group and OEM to constantly improve enquiry levels for the business in-line with divisional strategy. Update digital marketing content on the group website and OEM retailer website, support local social media champions with driving content, support with marketing preference opt-ins & data capture improvements, measure all marketing campaigns and share results with key stakeholders. Ensure all dealerships adhere to GDPR legislation and support with the creation of annual marketing plans. Develop relationships with all third-party agencies and OEM marketing teams. Support with improving existing customer engagement and conquest customer activity across all marketing channels for the business. Assist the Brand Manager, Divisional Marketing Manager and Divisional Marketing Director with all other marketing activity when applicable.
Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinate all divisional marketing activity as requested by the Divisional Marketing Manager or Brand Manager.
- Gain approval on all costs associated with divisional marketing and events from the Divisional Marketing Manager or Brand Manager and record in the marketing budget control spreadsheet.
- Monitor and measure all marketing activity and events, creating reports for all internal stakeholders where applicable.
- Update the group website and associated OEM website(s) with correct content across new and used cars, service and parts, making sure all opening hours, contact details and CTA routing is correct at all times.
- Support local social media champions with content generation and deployment to drive engagement and followers.
- Plan and support with all marketing events.
- Create, plan and prepare quarterly marketing activity and manage all campaign activation.
- Update the annual marketing plan monthly with completed activation and review in preparation for the quarterly marketing strategy meeting with key stakeholders.
- Support the Divisional Marketing Manager or Brand Manager with improving customer retention and earn customers for life, raising the profile of the division within their respective area of influence.
- Support the Divisional Marketing Manager or Brand Manager with improving marketing opt-in preferences and data capture.
- Develop a relationship with third party suppliers, agencies and local partnerships to complement division and group position.
- Collaborate across the wider divisional marketing team to ensure communication / adoption of best practice where applicable.
- Comply with OEM CI brand guidelines.
- Always adhere to all marketing legislation, such as FCA, GDPR and PECR to name a few.
