What does the role of Receptionist involve?
- Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
- Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor
- Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties
