A basic salary of £26,858 with £4,800 bonus, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

At Stratstone, our Contact Centre Executives are the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services.

You’ll conduct outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

  • Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers.
  • Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable.
  • Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
