Job Description
Pendo is a product experience platform that leverages AI to help companies understand user behavior, personalize in-app experiences, and drive feature adoption. Its AI-powered analytics and guidance tools enable smarter product decisions, reduce churn, and accelerate growth by turning user insights into actionable outcomes — all without writing a line of code.
We work with some of the biggest brands in the world, and are a high-growth, pre-IPO company. We're looking for great people, passionate about AI to join our team as a Enterprise Account Director, EMEA.
About the Position:
As an Enterprise Account Director in EMEA, you will report to our RVP Enterprise Sales, EMEA, and have direct lines of communication with our EMEA Managing Director and CRO, and any other resources needed to close net new logos and business in existing accounts.
The Enterprise Sales team is responsible for new and existing business across the EMEA Enterprise business segment (2,000+ employees), a critical growth area for Pendo comprising over 50% of our global ARR.
As an Enterprise Account Director on this team, you will have a strong pipeline generation focus and work to secure Pendo's revenue opportunities, which will be an integral part of growing our business in EMEA. This role suits a very hungry, determined, and driven new-logo hunter who wants to close Enterprise deals with some of the largest brands across EMEA and exceed goals and quota.
Role Responsibilities
- Work full-cycle deals from discovery to close
- Research and target new Enterprise accounts using prospecting tools
- Be an integral part of Pendo's Sales team in London
- Build and manage a territory plan across the region
- Learn and demonstrate the Pendo platform to new and prospective customers
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales success, preferably in an entrepreneurial SaaS environment
- Proven success in closing net-new logos with deal sizes of 100k–$1m+ ARR
- Consistent track record of overachievement
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
- Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
- Ability to work in team-based complex sales cycles involving and leveraging Pendo Execs and Partners
- MEDDPICC and/or Force Management Methodology preferred
