The Professional Services team’s mission is to accelerate the time to value for our Pendo users. We are a team of creative individuals that have a passion for delivering value for our customers, while sharing best practices along the way. Our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations in every engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage overall project lifecycle, including project schedule deliverables, timelines, and aligned outcomes.
- Build relationships and champions with the customer, manage key stakeholders, and develop risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee value-based delivery methodology.
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional internal team (sales, engineering, product, customer success, and support) to ensure seamless execution of client-facing projects and deliverables.
- Guide customers in developing comprehensive Pendo programs, from strategic planning through scaled implementations.
- Coach the customer on what works best to drive adoption and maximize ROI.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Project Management and Consulting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and communicate progress clearly and consistently.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand a variety of business models.
- Leads multiple projects from end-to-end simultaneously, manages conflicting priorities, and delivers results.
Preferred Qualifications
- A deep passion for building better software and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a high level of technical curiosity.
