Position: Spa Receptionist
Employment: 16 hours per week; £12.39 - £12.71 per hour (dependent on age).
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all spa clients and members, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
- Ensure all client needs are met for a fabulous spa experience.
- Work under pressure while dealing with clients.
- Participate in retail sales.
- Assist other areas of the Spa as requested by the Spa Customer Focus Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a spa essential.
- Knowledge of booking systems such as Premier Spa (Core) and Microsoft Office administration.
- Beauty therapy qualification advantageous but not required.
Working Hours
- Week One: Wednesday 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Week Two: Friday 11:00 am – 7:30 pm; Sunday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
