Digital Content Co-ordinator Location: Nelson Salary: £32,084 per annum Vacancy Type: Maternity Cover – Approximately 12 Months Contract Hours: 37 hours per week About the Role Pendle Leisure Trust is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and digitally savvy Digital Content Co-ordinator to join our Marketing Team, based at No. 1 Market Street, Nelson. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Trust’s digital marketing content and strategy. You’ll create engaging content and deliver innovative, effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our websites, increase footfall across our facilities and bring our brands, services and key messages to life. You’ll have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including both organic and paid-for content, as well as experience of email marketing and content management systems (CMS). Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics would be advantageous, although not essential. About Pendle Leisure Trust Pendle Leisure Trust is the major provider of sport and recreation, arts and entertainment, and health and community programmes throughout Pendle and East Lancashire. We operate a diverse range of facilities and services, including three sports centres and swimming pools, a spa, a fitness and athletics centre, a theatre, and an arts and culture centre. Main Duties and Responsibilities As Digital Content Co-ordinator, you will: * Create engaging, innovative and high-quality digital content, including video, photography, basic artwork/graphic design and written content. * Monitor and manage social media activity across the Trust’s platforms. * Identify opportunities to strengthen the Trust’s digital presence through exciting and creative campaign ideas, while maximising existing opportunities. * Plan, manage and optimise relevant paid-for digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to reach targeted audiences. * Develop, deliver and evaluate the Trust’s email marketing campaigns. * Build strong working relationships and effective communication channels with colleagues across the Trust’s facilities. * Maintain, develop and manage the Trust’s websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, up to date and aligned with agreed marketing activity. * Track, analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns and websites, providing meaningful insights to Senior Management. * Keep up to date with competitor activity, emerging marketing trends and target audience behaviours and lifestyles through ongoing research. * Undertake any other duties that are reasonable and commensurate with the grading of the post. * Demonstrate flexibility in working hours where required to support the needs of the role and the Trust.
