32 HOURS PER WEEK

As the first point of contact, we are looking for someone to work on our reception who is at ease welcoming our customers into the facility and ensure that their experience with us is a pleasurable one. Your role will be to provide an efficient reception, sales and administrative support to the centre. You will be proactive in customer sales to support the diverse range of services offered by the Trust. You will need to be a good communicator who thrives on going the extra mile for the customer and excels at delivering outstanding customer service. We are more interested in you as a person rather than whether you have experience in a similar role as a full training package will be offered to the right person.

Contracted working hours will be as follows:

  • Monday 3.00 pm – 9.30 pm
  • Tuesday 3.00 pm – 7.30 pm
  • Wednesday 9.00 am – 7.00 pm
  • Thursday 3.00 pm – 9.00 pm
