We’re a family-run estate agency with ambitious growth plans and we’re bringing our marketing and database strategy fully in-house. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive who can create standout content, intelligently use our advanced database, and turn engagement into real conversations, valuations, and instructions. This is not a “post content and hope” role. It’s about smart targeting, meaningful follow-up, and measurable results.
Location: Read and Longridge
Salary: £26k - £30k
What you’ll do:
- Film and edit property videos, reels, testimonials, staff & community content
- Run and co-ordinate organised community events
- Plan and run content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
- Work closely with directors and negotiators to generate self-booked valuations and instructions
- Lead the smart utilisation of our database & CRM, including:
- Targeting content to specific audiences
- Tracking engagement and spotting warm opportunities
- Triggering timely, relevant follow-ups
What we’re looking for:
- Strong videography & editing skills
- Confident filming, on-site, and being hands-on
- Comfortable using data, CRM systems, and insights
- Commercially minded — focused on outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Organised, proactive, and happy taking ownership
- Drone experience (or working towards it)
