The predicted salary is between 18640 - 21500 £ per year.

The successful candidate for this role will:

1. Deliver high quality English intervention and relevant programs of learning with individuals and small groups of students, to ensure excellent academic outcomes

3. Prepare and adapt teaching materials, resources and equipment, and assist students in their use

4. Work with teaching staff and leaders, in the planning and evaluation of learning programs for individual students

5. Support students in increasing their self-confidence and independence through encouragement and the effective use of praise

6. Establish supportive relationships with students, staff and parents, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs

7. Encourage acceptance and inclusion of all students within the school, and to ensure all students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop

8. Monitor the progress, needs and behaviours of individual students and report these to teachers and leaders as necessary

Salary–Grade 7 SCP 19. Full time equivalent salary: £31,067.

Role Details–Term time plus 5 days. Total number of hours is flexible from 0.5 to full time.

Closing Date–12 noon on Thursday 7th August. Due to staff holidays, shortlisting will take place W/C 18thAugust.

Start Date–No later than 1stOctober 2025 depending on notice period from current role.
