The PCN Support Care Coordinator will provide support to the Strategic and Operational Lead in managing the administrative duties across Enhanced Access services, HR and payroll, and wider PCN activities. The postholder will coordinate clinical session scheduling and rota management, oversee data reporting and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. They will also support HR and Payroll administration, including onboarding, compliance tracking, while assisting with key PCN functions such as PCN DES reporting and submissions. The PCN Support Care Coordinator role is central to maintaining efficient service delivery and supporting teams across the network.

Main duties of the job:

  • Enhanced Access coordination
  • Configure EMIS clinical sessions and appointment slots weekly using the staff rota
  • HR & Payroll Support
  • Maintain TeamNet HR records: training compliance, registration, indemnity, DBS and contracts
  • PCN Operational Support
  • Support DES reporting data preparation and MDT coordination admin

We are excited to be recruiting a PCN Support Care Coordinator to be part of Pendle East Primary Care Network (PCN), which is a collaboration of 5 GP Practices within the Lancashire/Yorkshire border who collectively care for over 47,500 patients. The PCN member practices are located at 4 sites: 2 GP Practices within a large modern purpose-built building and 3 GP Practices a short drive away. The PCN is determined to meet the challenges of modern primary care by working innovatively and growing our multi-disciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to our patient population. The PCN team already includes; Strategic and Operational Lead, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health & Wellbeing Coaches, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Paramedics, Mental Health Practitioners and Care Coordinators.
