We’re looking for someone to play a key role in delivering our Customer and Digital Strategy, helping to design, configure, and support the digital platforms and services that underpin how residents and businesses interact with the Council.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and improving digital services, workflows, and integrations that make customer journeys simpler, more efficient, and increasingly digital by default.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Customer Journey Lead, Customer Services, IT, and service areas across the Council to configure and support online services, automate processes where possible, and ensure digital solutions meet both user needs and organisational requirements.

A significant part of the role involves configuring and customising CRM and CMS platforms within a low‑code environment, including online forms, workflows, and user interfaces, as well as integrating services with back‑office systems.
