We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Client & Performance Team. In this role, you’ll support the Council’s annual service planning process and help monitor the performance of our services throughout the year. You’ll also collaborate with teams across the Council and with external partners to develop creative, practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen working practices, and support our digital transformation journey.
We’re looking for someone with experience in office administration, strong IT skills, and the ability to collate, analyse, and present information clearly. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong communication, numeracy and organisational skills—and, most importantly, a positive, can do attitude.
Pendle is in Lancashire’s scenic Pennines, close to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, and Manchester.
We offer:
- Flexible working, including no set core hours, up to 2 flexi days per month, and compressed hours
- Up to 31 days annual leave
- Flexible contracts requiring 2–3 days in the office each week (more if needed), so you should live within commuting distance of Nelson, Lancashire
