Head Chef required 40hrs a week assisting the Catering Manager in all areas. Previous experience required, must be confident in leading the kitchen team to retain a high standard in all areas, every other weekend off.
Your role is to provide a high standard of quality nutritious meals in line with individual diets and the International Dysphagia Diet Standards. Also, to maintain standards of HACCP by completing required documentation.
