- Auction conveyancing
- Drafting loan agreements and legal charges
- Transfers of part, including building plots
Additional Commercial Property Exposure
Although the role is primarily residential conveyancing focused, the department also undertakes a range of commercial property work. Depending on your experience and interests, you may gain exposure to:
- Grant and assignment of commercial leases
- Commercial mortgages and funding arrangements
Compliance, Client Care and Teamwork
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, including AML and source of funds checks.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments, including Matrimonial and Private Client teams.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the department through effective file management and commercial awareness.
- Participating in departmental and firm-wide training initiatives.
Confident managing residential conveyancing matters
Interested in developing broader property law experience, including commercial property work (desirable but not essential).
