Property Lawyer* *We are looking for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join our Residential Property Department in a senior fee-earning role. Based in our central Truro office, the role is ideally full-time and office-based, although part-time and flexible working arrangements may be considered. *Handling transfers of equity, gifts, auction conveyancing and first registrations. · Drafting loan agreements, legal charges and residential leases. · Dealing with lease extensions, variations, associated deeds and transfers of part, including building plots. · Managing your caseload efficiently, maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring compliance with AML, source of funds and other regulatory requirements. · Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm, including Matrimonial and Estates/Probate, and contributing to the continued success of the department. The department also undertakes some commercial property work, offering opportunities to broaden your experience if this is of interest. *You will be a qualified property lawyer with experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload and a strong technical grounding.
