Young boy who is repetitive, a sensory seeker, does a lot of stimming, lots of movement, likes watching you draw and being sang to. Gets overwhelmed easily so can go into flight mode and will run away from what is upsetting him. He will also touch everything, does not understand a person’s personal space and needs a lot of regulation. Loves food, his tablet, squeezes, tickles, nursery rhymes, dinosaurs, warped sounds, movie clips/quotes, swing, water play, woodland walks, dinosaurs. Type of person looking for: Someone who is patient, kind, open minded, firm, good at running and dodging, has a trial-and-error approach, encouraging and helping him to adapt to new environments, confident to go on walk, and take him to the park. He needs help getting him out into society as I feel that someone who is not his mum may be able to approach things differently. Has SEN experience and understanding

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and/or prompt with personal care. This may include toileting, showering/bathing, getting in and out of bed, getting dressed.
- Assist and encourage socialisation, participating in activities.
- Develop a good and trusting one to one working relationship.
The individuals needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
