The Employer is a 59‑year‑old male who has suffered a severe spinal injury (quadriplegia) and requires assistance with daily activities. The role supports this individual on alternative weekend mornings.

The position involves caregiving duties such as personal care, medication management, and assistance with meals. The job is permanent and includes holiday time in hours.

Working Hours

  • Saturday morning: 1 hour 25 minutes, starting at 9:00 AM (flexible start time).
  • Sunday morning: 1 hour 25 minutes, starting at 9:00 AM (flexible start time).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care: toileting, showering/bathing, dressing, and help getting in and out of bed.
  • Support with cooking, meal preparation and eating meals/drinks.
  • Help with medication administration.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required.
  • Report all accidents, defects, or hazards promptly.
  • Ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
