We\’re looking for a skilled Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, or Structural Engineer to join our expert Naval Architect team.
You’ll work on technically complex and prestigious projects, from innovative new builds to high-specification refits — delivering engineering solutions in accordance with the maritime industry standards.
- 5+ years\’ relevant experience, ideally, in a marine role
- Degree in: Naval Architecture or Marine/Structural Engineering
- Experience in:

- Structural and stability analysis
- Class and flag compliance
- Technical documentation, reports, and plan submissions
- Strong first principles and structural calculation skills
- Analytical, detail-focused, and technically confident
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Surveying experience with class societies
- Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.)
What You’ll Do:
- Liaise with class and flag authorities throughout projects
- Respond to emergent technical challenges during refits
- Support inclining experiments, sea trials, and commissioning
- Produce high-quality technical reports and engineering documents
- Contribute to maintaining and improving engineering standards
