We are looking for a skilled Naval Architect, Marine Engineer, or Structural Engineer to join our expert Naval Architect team. You’ll work on technically complex and prestigious projects, from innovative new builds to high-specification refits — delivering engineering solutions in accordance with the maritime industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' relevant experience, ideally in a marine role
  • Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine/Structural Engineering
  • Experience in structural and stability analysis
  • Class and flag compliance
  • Technical documentation, reports, and plan submissions
  • Strong first principles and structural calculation skills
  • Analytical, detail-focused, and technically confident
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Surveying experience with class societies
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.)

  • Liaise with class and flag authorities throughout projects
  • Respond to emergent technical challenges during refits
  • Support inclining experiments, sea trials, and commissioning
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and engineering documents
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving engineering standards
