Brandtech OS is The Brandtech Group’s “AI-inside” operating system for the world’s top advertisers - consolidating group technology and headcount into a unified, productised platform with a central P&L so we can scale technology revenue and create a defensible data moat.
This role owns the product model that allows enterprise clients to fund and deploy custom capabilities, integrations, and workflows that extend the platform into their marketing, data, and technology ecosystems. You will partner closely with Engineering, Client Leadership, Sales, and Services teams to translate enterprise client needs into scalable platform capabilities, ensuring that custom projects deliver immediate client value while strengthening the long-term platform.
Your outcomes:- Enterprise Platform Extensions: Define and lead the strategy for client-funded engineering initiatives that extend Brandtech OS into enterprise client stacks - integrating with DAMs, CMSs, ad platforms, analytics systems, and internal tooling.
- Scalable Custom Engineering Model: Establish a repeatable approach for delivering client-specific engineering work that maximises platform reuse, integration standards, and long-term maintainability.
- Integration & Connector Strategy: Develop a clear roadmap for connectors, APIs, and integration frameworks that enable Brandtech OS to plug into the broader enterprise marketing ecosystem.
- Client-Funded Innovation: Partner with Sales and Client Delivery teams to shape engineering engagements that are commercially viable, strategically valuable, and aligned with the product roadmap.
- Product Strategy for Enterprise Engineering: Define the product strategy for custom engineering and integrations across Brandtech OS. Identify common enterprise integration patterns and translate them into reusable frameworks, connectors, and APIs. Balance client-specific delivery with long-term platform strategy, ensuring custom builds strengthen the core product. Partner with enterprise clients to deeply understand their marketing technology stacks and operational workflows.
- Client-Funded Product Development: Work with Sales and Client Delivery to scope enterprise engineering engagements. Ensure projects are clearly defined, commercially sound, and aligned with platform priorities. Translate client requirements into product specifications and engineering plans. Ensure that custom projects deliver measurable value to clients while expanding the platform’s capabilities.
- Integration & Platform Architecture: Own the roadmap for enterprise integrations across Brandtech OS. Define best practices for APIs, connectors, data pipelines, and system interoperability. Ensure that integrations are secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade. Create reusable integration frameworks that allow teams to deliver new connectors rapidly.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and delivery teams. Establish clear processes for scoping, prioritising, and delivering client engineering work. Ensure strong project governance, technical quality, and reliability across deployments. Balance rapid enterprise delivery with platform sustainability.
- Commercial Partnership: Partner with Sales, Client Delivery and Services teams to position enterprise engineering capabilities as part of Brandtech OS engagements. Help shape commercial models for client-funded engineering initiatives. Support enterprise deals that involve integrations, custom workflows, or platform extensions. Ensure strong collaboration between product teams and client-facing delivery organisations.
- 6 months: Clear strategy and operating model for enterprise custom engineering. Established integration roadmap and framework for building connectors. First wave of client-funded engineering projects delivered successfully on the platform. Strong collaboration established between product, engineering, and client leadership teams.
