Soho Square General Practice are looking for a Salaried GP to join our team for 4 to 8 sessions. Our practice is located in Frith St, Soho. We have some flexibility over days but would prefer a GP who is available until 6.30pm and can work Mondays.

- Full support of an experienced clinical and administration team, including document triage
- 15 minute appointments as standard
Main duties of the job:
- You will provide NHS general medical services to registered patients on the practice list.
- You will be required to provide all core primary care services as defined by the local ICB and NHS England requirements, including:
- Clinical care to patients; consultation sessions, telephone triage, online consultation and home visits.
- Investigation and examination, treatment and diagnosis or referral for medical problems presented by patients.
- Provide preventative health care and advice to patients as required.
- Adhere to the practice prescribing formulary, local and national guidelines.
- Action test results, medical reports and examinations as necessary.
- Complete necessary clinical administration for the role.
- Work as part of a team to deliver QOF, enhanced services and KPI targets.
- Engage with NHS annual strengthened appraisal, PDP production, GMC revalidation and ongoing CPD.
- Comply with practice policy or guidelines, including data protection, health and safety, QOF and prescribing confidentiality.

Soho Square General Practice is a friendly NHS GP Practice based in Central London, just off Oxford Street and close to Tottenham Court Road Station. We currently have a patient population of 6,500 and serve an ethnically diverse urban patient population, including a significant cohort of LGBT+ and of Chinese patient groups. We are supportive of training and development and our ideal candidate is someone who is looking to learn and grow in their role.
Person Specification:
Qualifications- Essential: Current registration with GMC and engaged in regular clinical work
- MRCGP examination or equivalent experience
- Essential: Good organisational skills
- Will have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to working as part of a team
- Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services
- Record of continuous professional development
