At PenCarrie , we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT team and help shape the future of one of the UK's leading B2B suppliers in the garment decoration industry.
What you'll do:
Lead business analysis for digital and ERP projects
Gather and document requirements, user stories & specs
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support change management and training initiatives
What you'll bring:
- Experience in business analysis within project environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, CMS platforms & UX/UI principles
- A passion for delivering value and driving change
