About us

We are a specialist educational trust dedicated to raising standards for Special Educational Needs across the South West. Founded in 2016, we operate six SEN schools and four Additional Resources Bases (ARBs), focusing solely on SEN provision. We believe in placing young people at the centre of all decisions, supporting their academic and personal development.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold and articulate clear values and moral purpose, supporting pupils.
  • Demonstrate optimistic personal behaviour, positive relationships and attitudes towards pupils with profound, severe and complex learning needs, the workforce, parents, governors and local community.
  • Lead by example with integrity, creativity, resilience and clarity.
  • Sustain knowledge and understanding of local education and school systems, and pursue continuous professional development.
  • Support the educational, social and physical needs of pupils, including those with severe physical, learning and complex behavioural difficulties, and assist the teacher in curriculum delivery.
