The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Penarth Methodist Church also has a Community Centre and rooms to hire - the footfall is over 50000 per annum.

Key Tasks:

  • Administrative support to the Church and Church Officers
  • Room Bookings and Invoicing the premises users
  • Premises Management including managing equipment servicing, health and safety and fire safety risk assessments, liaising with cleaning contractors etc.
  • Co-ordinate the smooth running of the Church Office.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • 15 hours to be worked to cover 5 sessions per week (ideally 5 mornings)

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Administrative experience, with a focus on office management tasks
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Room Bookings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.73 per hour
