Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits. Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Price & Contract Negotiations: Participate in contract discussions and price negotiations with clients. Strive to provide the best customer experience and maintain professional standards throughout the negotiation process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a smooth post-sales process and maintain excellent after-sales support.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to fulfill client requirements and meet targets. Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.

What we're looking for:

  • 1 year of sales experience preferred. Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.
