Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits.
    • Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Price & Contract Negotiations
    • Participate in contract discussions and price negotiations with clients.
    • Strive to provide the best customer experience and maintain professional standards throughout the negotiation process.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure a smooth post-sales process and maintain excellent after-sales support.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to fulfill client requirements and meet targets.
    • Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.

What we're looking for:

  • 1 year of sales experience preferred. Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.
