Join our high-performing Business Development Sales Team as a Remote Business Development Manager, where youâll work with driven and ambitious insurance professionals. How youâll make an impact:
- Generate new business opportunities by recognising, growing and maintaining business relationships.
- Drive and be actively involved in the winning and securing of both new and existing customers.
- Customer facing role with an emphasis on building strong relationships with brokers and driving organic growth.
- Manage your sales priorities and pipeline, ensuring strategic plans are in place for your region.
- Deliver engaging presentations and maintain regular contact with brokers, helping them understand our capabilities and secure new opportunities.
- Achievement of growth targets as well as other key company KPIs including frequency of customer meetings via video call and telephone.
- Delivering virtual and in-person presentations to brokers.
About You:
- Holding or working towards a CII qualification is a plus.
- Insurance development experience desirable although experience in the exact same role is not essential.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for building relationships and achieving results.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with underwriting teams sets you apart.
- Strong communication and networking abilities.
- Confidence in presenting to groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office and video call technology.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
