We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to head up our Red Team, combining technical excellence with strong leadership to deliver high-impact Red and Purple Team engagements across a diverse client base. This role is a hybrid of leadership and delivery, where you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the Red Team while remaining actively involved in client work. You will lead an experienced, close-knit team, driving capability, quality, and innovation across our offensive security services.

You will be:
- Leading and developing the Red Team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support
- Owning the delivery quality of Red and Purple Team engagements across the business
- Delivering high-end Red and Purple Team engagements, from pre-sales through to execution and debrief
- Acting as a senior technical authority within the business for adversary simulation
- Supporting and contributing to scoping, ensuring engagements are well-defined and commercially sound
- Overseeing QA of deliverables to maintain a consistently high standard
- Driving capability development, including tooling, methodologies, and research
- Supporting the growth of the service through collaboration with sales and leadership teams
- Contributing to the wider security community through research, publications, and knowledge sharing.
You will need:
- Strong experience leading and delivering Red and Purple Team engagements in consultancy environments
- Experience with frameworks such as CBEST, GBEST, GCASE, STAR, STAR-FS or TIBER
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams
- Deep technical expertise across adversary simulation, including operating in mature, well-defended environments
- Experience emulating advanced threat actors and operating covertly across complex infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of modern defensive technologies, including EDR, and experience bypassing them
- Proficiency with C2 frameworks and the ability to develop or customise tooling
- Experience across the full attack lifecycle, from initial access through to objectives and impact demonstration
- Broad technical knowledge across Windows, *nix, macOS, and cloud environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable:
- CREST Certified Red Team Manager (CCRTM), CREST Certified Red Team Specialist (CCRTS)
- Experience contributing to research, tooling, or public content within the offensive security community

You’ll be working from home, though some onsite travel to client sites (including international) may be required. Although we are a remote working company, we pay for our teams to meet regularly throughout the year holding local and company meet ups. Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK. Competitive salary dependant on experience.
