Work Location: On-site β HX 12th Floor, 1 Harbour Exchange, Canary Wharf, London, E14 9GE

About the Role
Planet Education Networks (PEN Group) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Delivery Analyst with a strong interest in software quality and continuous improvement.
This is not a hands-on software testing role. You will work alongside Product, Development, and QA teams to help ensure projects and features are delivered to the expected quality standard.
You should be comfortable looking at delivery from a QA perspective β understanding whether testing is being completed properly, reviewing quality trends and team performance, identifying gaps in process, and suggesting practical ways to improve how quality is managed across projects.
You will also be involved from the early stages of projects to understand the business need, target users, and expected outcomes, helping assess whether features are genuinely ready to go live.
We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and confident bringing forward ideas rather than simply following existing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support projects from initial concept through to release, with a focus on quality and delivery readiness.
- Monitor QA activity, quality trends, and relevant performance metrics to identify risks or areas for improvement.
- Review whether testing processes, coverage, and quality standards are appropriate for the project.
- Help improve QA structure, processes, reporting, and ways of working.
- Identify product or delivery gaps and work with relevant teams to find practical solutions.
- Support go-live readiness reviews and provide a clear view on whether key quality concerns have been addressed.
Skills & Experience
- Good understanding of software QA principles, testing processes, and product quality.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to understand QA metrics and use them to identify trends or performance issues.
- Confidence challenging processes constructively and suggesting improvements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across Product, Development, QA, and business teams.
- Previous experience in QA, software testing, product operations, project delivery, or a related software role for 2 years.
- Experience improving QA processes, reporting, or testing structure.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar software delivery tools.
- Experience working with SaaS or software platforms.
- Annual leave (7.2 weeks)
- Company Sick Pay.
- Statutory maternity and paternity pay.
- Employee Assistance Programme (HA Wisdom Wellbeing)
- Virtual GP access (Livi)
- 'Speak Up Service' - confidential support service to report any workplace concerns
- Specialist physical and mental wellbeing support services with 24/7 confidential counselling support (Wisdom)
- Financial, legal and medical advice services provided (Wisdom)
- Life & Leadership coaching (Wisdom)
- Financial coaching (MUNNY)
- Discounts and perks, offering savings on shopping, activities and more (Bright Exchange)
- Career development and training opportunities.
- Training and self-development opportunities.
