About the Role: Planet Education Networks (PEN Group) is looking for a driven and analytically minded Project Delivery Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of software projects across the organisation. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no line management responsibilities. You will work across multiple concurrent projects, bridging the gap between business stakeholders, end users, and the development team. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of delivery or business analysis experience, a sound understanding of how software is built, and the initiative to come forward with ideas and improvements not just execute tasks. Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a genuine advantage; we value people who are comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and think independently.
