Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 Am to 5 Pm)

Location: On-Site, London Harbour Exchange, UK

Salary Range: £32,000- £38,000 Per Annum.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating partner-facing activity: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on actions from partnership meetings and governance forums.
  • Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records across partnership agreements, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
  • Preparing materials for partner meetings, proposals, and due diligence exercises.
  • Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for partner queries, escalating where senior judgement is needed.
  • Tracking progress against partnership milestones and flagging risks or delays proactively.
  • Supporting the development of new partnership proposals across the Group.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong instinct for accuracy in written and documentary work.
  • Confident, professional communication, comfortable corresponding with senior external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple relationships and deadlines at once.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • Proactive, with good judgement about what to resolve and what to escalate.
  • Experience in partnerships, account management, coordination, or higher education administration is an advantage, though not essential if the above rings true.
